Terms of Service · Last updated October 7, 2026

These terms apply to the Takeborne website, course and included plan services provided by MV ECOM LLC.

The operator

MV ECOM LLC operates Takeborne at takeborne.checkoutvia.com. Our business address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY, 82801, US. For questions, contact contact@checkoutvia.com.

Your course licence

A purchase provides a licence for one person to access the Takeborne course and the services included in the selected plan. The lesson sequence is designed for smartphone filmmaking. It does not transfer ownership of the course material.

You may not share account access, resell course access, upload the lessons to another service or republish the course as your own. Misuse may result in access being suspended or ended, subject to applicable law.

Your work belongs to you

Videos you create yourself during the exercises belong to you. You can use your own work in a portfolio or commercially, provided you have any permissions required for the people, music or other material included.

Plans, payments and support

Plans are displayed in US dollars and are purchased with a single payment. There is no course subscription. Any applicable additional charges are shown by the payment provider before payment. The plan description on the sales page sets out what is included.

Every plan includes the 14-day course. Additional templates, presets, group features, reviews and live support vary by plan. Time-limited support lasts for the period stated in the selected plan; it does not become lifetime support because course access is described as lifetime.

Use an email address you can access at checkout. Keep your payment confirmation so that an order can be located if you need help.

Access and availability

Lifetime course access means access for as long as the course exists and is operated by us. It is not a guarantee of permanent availability of every third-party app or service mentioned in the course.

If we discontinue the course, we will give at least 90 days’ notice and provide a way to download the learning material. Temporary maintenance, technical problems or changes to third-party services may affect access. Contact us if you cannot access a purchased course.

Learning and results

Takeborne teaches creative skills through lessons and practice. The pace and quality of each learner’s progress depend on their work, equipment and circumstances. We make no guarantee of a particular creative outcome, audience size, job, client or income.

The course is intended for personal learning and creative development, not as a professional qualification or financial advice.

Third-party services

Checkout, course access and referenced creative tools may involve third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party products or how their features change. Takeborne is not affiliated with Apple, Google, Meta or TikTok.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase under our Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Responsibility and applicable rights

You are responsible for using the course and creating content lawfully, including obtaining permissions where needed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount paid for it. This does not exclude liability or consumer protections that the law does not allow us to exclude.

MV ECOM LLC is based in Wyoming, United States. Applicable consumer rights in your location continue to apply where required by law.

Updates and questions

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Contact contact@checkoutvia.com if you need clarification before purchasing.
