Information connected with your visit and order

Depending on how you interact with us, information may include:

• Order information: your name, email address, purchased plan, payment confirmation and related billing information provided through checkout.
• Course access: information needed to provide access to your purchased course, and progress information where recorded by the course delivery service.
• Support: your emails, the order details you provide and any footage you choose to submit for a plan that includes feedback.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, and request logs processed by the hosting or security services that deliver the website.

Payment details are entered through the payment provider’s checkout. The Takeborne website does not include a form that collects card numbers.

Why information is used

Information is used to process orders, provide the purchased course and support, respond to messages, handle refund requests, keep the service working and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. We do not sell your personal information.

Services involved

Service providers may process information needed for their role in payment processing, website hosting and security, course delivery or support communications. Information is shared only as needed for those activities or where required by applicable law.

The current payment links use Stripe. Information supplied to Stripe is also handled under Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Follow the provider information displayed at checkout if the payment service changes.

Cookies and website features

The course website uses local font files and does not require a third-party font request. Interactive plan selection and lesson disclosures work in your browser. The current site code does not install an advertising pixel or an analytics script.

Hosting, security, checkout and course delivery services may use cookies or similar technologies for their own functions. Where consent is required for an optional technology, that technology should not be enabled without the relevant consent. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking essential technologies can affect checkout or course access.

Retention and protection

Information is kept for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing access or support and meeting applicable record-keeping requirements. We limit the information needed for these activities. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests

Contact us to ask about the information associated with your order or messages, request a correction or deletion, or exercise rights available under the laws that apply to you. We may need enough information to verify that a request relates to your account or order. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction purposes.

International services and younger users

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Takeborne is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information without the necessary permission, contact us.
